2. Data we process
Depending on how you use NUMEIQ, we process technical connection data, language settings, order and billing data, payment status and the names and birth data entered for your NUMEIQ report. LOVE and COMPLETE may also process data relating to a second person.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the website, process and bill orders, create and deliver personalized digital reports, prevent fraud and misuse and comply with statutory retention duties. Depending on the processing, we rely in particular on Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.
4. Payment providers
Depending on your choice, payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Required payment data is handled directly by the respective provider. NUMEIQ does not store full card details. Available methods may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
5. Report generation / OpenAI
To generate detailed personalized interpretations, NUMEIQ may transmit the rule-based numerology values and the input data required for the report to the OpenAI API. Core numerology values are calculated by NUMEIQ; AI generates the written interpretation. Only data necessary to create the report is transmitted.
6. Email delivery and PDF
Order and invoice messages are sent via order@numeiq.com. Completed reports are sent via report@numeiq.com and may include the PDF as an attachment. A configured mail/SMTP service may be used for technical delivery.
7. Retention
Personalized NUMEIQ reports and report files are currently deleted automatically 30 days after generation unless deleted manually earlier. Order, invoice and tax-relevant records are retained for longer where required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to complain to a data protection authority. Contact hello@teamccaa.de for requests.
9. Data relating to other people
If you enter another person’s data for LOVE or COMPLETE, you are responsible for ensuring that you may lawfully use and submit that data for creation of the report.
