Scope
These terms apply to orders for digital NUMEIQ products via numeiq.com. Your contractual partner is TEAM CCAA GmbH, Halbenmorgen 16, D-51427 Bergisch Gladbach.
Contract formation
Product pages invite you to place an order. By submitting a paid order, you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we send the order/payment confirmation or successfully accept payment.
Personalized digital services
NUMEIQ reports are individually generated from the data you enter. You are responsible for accurate input. For LOVE and COMPLETE, you must be entitled to use the second person’s data for this purpose. We are not obliged to regenerate reports where an error results from incorrect customer input.
Prices and payment
The final prices displayed at checkout apply and include any VAT shown. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include PayPal, credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Amazon Pay.
Delivery
After successful payment, generation of the personalized report begins. The report is delivered digitally, normally as a PDF to the email address supplied with the order. Because generation is individualized and automated, delivery may take several minutes.
Nature of numerology service
NUMEIQ uses numerology as a symbolic interpretation and reflection system. Numerology is not scientifically validated. Reports do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial or other professional advice and do not guarantee future events or outcomes.
Right of withdrawal
Statutory withdrawal rules apply to consumers. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire early under applicable law, particularly where you expressly agree to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge the resulting loss of the right upon full performance. The declarations made at checkout and applicable law are decisive.
Defects and liability
Statutory rights for defects apply. We are liable in accordance with applicable law, in particular for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections in the country of habitual residence remain unaffected. Where legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Cologne.
